Bonus Terms

These Bonus Terms govern all promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentive programs offered by 1Win (operated by 1Win N.V., licensed under Curaçao eGaming License 8048/JAZ2018-040). By claiming or using any bonus on our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. Bonuses are discretionary offers provided to eligible players and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time at the operator's sole discretion. In the event of any conflict between these Bonus Terms and promotion-specific terms, the more restrictive provision shall apply. To be eligible for any bonus offered by 1Win, you must meet the following criteria: (1) be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher); (2) have a valid, active account with 1Win that has completed identity verification (KYC) and address verification; (3) be a resident of a jurisdiction where 1Win operates and where the specific bonus is available; (4) not have claimed the same bonus previously (unless explicitly stated otherwise for reload or recurring bonuses); and (5) maintain only one account per person, household, email address, and IP address. Players who breach the one-account rule or who share accounts with other individuals are not eligible for bonuses and may have their accounts suspended or closed without refund of funds.

1Win offers a variety of bonus types, each with specific terms. Welcome bonuses are awarded to new players upon their first qualifying deposit. Deposit match bonuses provide a percentage match of your deposit amount (e.g., 100% match up to a specified cap). Free spins bonuses grant a set number of spins on selected slot games without requiring your own funds; for example, 400 free spins may be credited after your first qualifying deposit. Cashback bonuses return a percentage of net losses over a specified period. No-deposit bonuses are credited to your account without requiring a deposit, though they typically carry higher wagering requirements. Reload bonuses are offered to existing players on subsequent deposits. All bonuses are subject to the terms outlined in this document and any promotion-specific terms published on the bonus offer page.

A wagering requirement (also called playthrough) is the amount you must wager before you can withdraw bonus funds or winnings derived from a bonus. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means you must wager 30 times the bonus value). The calculation base for wagering is the bonus amount itself, unless otherwise stated. For example, if you receive a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement, you must place bets totaling PKR 150,000 before the bonus is considered fully wagered and eligible for withdrawal. Wagering is calculated based on the net amount wagered (total bets minus winnings returned to you during play). Only bets placed with bonus funds or on bonus-funded accounts count toward the wagering requirement; bets placed with your own deposited funds do not contribute unless explicitly stated.

Different game categories contribute differently to your wagering requirement. Slot games contribute 100% of all wagers toward the requirement and are the primary method of completing wagering. Video poker and scratch card games typically contribute 100%. Table games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat) and live dealer games generally contribute 10% to 20% of wagers, or may be excluded entirely from the wagering requirement. Certain games, including progressive jackpot games, sports betting, and some specialty games, may be excluded from bonus play or contribute 0% toward wagering. The specific contribution rate for each game is displayed in your account under the bonus details section. If you place bets on excluded games while a bonus is active, those bets will not count toward your wagering requirement and may result in forfeiture of the bonus.

While a bonus is active on your account, you are restricted in the size of individual bets you may place. The maximum bet is typically the lower of: (1) PKR 500 (or equivalent in your local currency); (2) 10% of the bonus amount; or (3) a fixed amount specified in the promotion terms. For example, if you receive a PKR 5,000 bonus, your maximum bet would be PKR 500 (10% of the bonus). Exceeding the maximum bet limit may result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. The operator reserves the right to void bets placed in violation of maximum bet restrictions.

All bonuses must be claimed within a specified timeframe from the date they are offered or credited to your account (typically 30 days). Once claimed, a bonus and any associated free spins must be wagered within a set validity period, commonly 48 hours for free spins and 30 days for deposit bonuses. If you do not complete the wagering requirement within the validity period, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited and removed from your account. The countdown begins on the date the bonus is credited, regardless of when you begin playing. You can view the remaining time for each active bonus in your account dashboard.

Some bonuses carry a maximum win cap, which limits the total amount you can withdraw from winnings generated while the bonus is active. For example, a bonus may have a maximum win limit of 10 times the bonus amount. Once you reach this cap, any additional winnings will be forfeited. Additionally, certain bonuses may impose a maximum withdrawal amount separate from the maximum win limit. These limits apply only to bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play; they do not apply to your own deposited funds. After you have completed the wagering requirement, you may withdraw your winnings up to the applicable limit. Any remaining bonus funds that have not been wagered will be removed from your account upon withdrawal.

The operator reserves the right to cancel bonuses, forfeit winnings, and suspend or close your account if it detects bonus abuse or prohibited conduct. Prohibited activities include: (1) placing bets on low-risk or hedging strategies (such as betting on red and black simultaneously, or backing both sides of a market) to artificially complete wagering requirements; (2) using multiple accounts or shared accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; (3) using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to mask your location or circumvent geographic restrictions; (4) colluding with other players or using automated tools to exploit bonuses; (5) depositing funds and immediately withdrawing them without genuine play to claim a bonus; and (6) any other conduct the operator deems to be in bad faith or contrary to the spirit of the promotional offer. The operator monitors all accounts for suspicious patterns and reserves the right to investigate and take action without prior notice.

1Win reserves the absolute right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes changing wagering requirements, game contributions, validity periods, maximum win limits, and eligibility criteria. Changes may be applied to new bonus claims immediately or to existing active bonuses at the operator's discretion. If a bonus is cancelled while you have an active bonus on your account, you will be notified and given a reasonable period to complete your wagering requirement under the original terms. The operator is not liable for any loss, disappointment, or claim arising from the modification or cancellation of a bonus.

These Bonus Terms are supplementary to 1Win's main Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Bonus Terms and the general Terms & Conditions, the provision that is more restrictive or protective of the operator shall prevail.
